2 It's Friday!!!!!! Time for Five question Friday!!

Hope you all had a Great St Patrick's Day! It's starting to look like spring here in Ohio! Yea!!! Yesterday I went out shopping and to dinner with a friend of mine and it was so nice I was able to just wear a light coat and a sweater to go out. I just love this kind of weather.
Now on to.......

1. Have you ever testified in court? For what?

Unfortunately, Yes it was against my ex in front of the Grand Jury and was one reason that he went to prison and is also why I had to get a protective order, But enough of that on to the next question.

2. Do you still have your wedding dress?

Well, sorta of kind of, LOL! the reason I say that is because another ex's ( Not the one mention above) stepmother has it, she was going to alter it for me but we never got that far, we had a falling out and we haven't talked in over 2 years besides I don't think i want to wear it. If I ever get married.

3. Is there a special place you like to go when you're happy, sad, stressed, etc.?

If I'm sad or stressed I like to go spend time with my nieces, being with children seems to help me put things into perspective. I try to spend as much time as I can with them as much as I can.
4. If you have kids, do they sleep with you? If you don't have kids...will you let your kids sleep with you when/if you have them?

I don't have kids, unless I can count my fur kid. If so then yes he sleeps with me until he starts grooming himself, then off the bed he goes. as far a human kids if I had them I would only let them sleep w me once in awhile, like when they had a bad dream or if I haven't seen them for awhile and it would only be on the weekends if they were school age.

5. Do you watch late night TV?

LMBO! No not at all, most nights I'm in bed by 9pm and asleep by 10pm!
I'm still on school time even after all these years.

5 Waiting On Wednesday

Where She Went

It's Been quite a few weeks since I joined  Waiting On Wednesday Over at Breaking The Spine, But there is one that I can't wait to come out and that's  Where She Went by Gayle Forman. Due out April 5th 2011,

Where She Went

From Goodreads

It's been three years since the devastating accident ... three years since Mia walked out of Adam's life forever.
Now living on opposite coasts, Mia is Julliard's rising star and Adam is LA tabloid fodder, thanks to his new rock star status and celebrity girlfriend. When Adam gets stuck in New York by himself, chance brings the couple together again, for one last night. As they explore the city that has become Mia's home, Adam and Mia revisit the past and open their hearts to the future - and each other.
If I Stay, Where She Went explores the devastation of grief, the promise of new hope, and the flame of rekindled romance.

This is going to be on my To buy list for sure!

5 Well, It's the weekend- Any Plans????

It's the first weekend of March and I don't know about you but here in Ohio a lot of us are on the brink of floating away. With all this rain you think twice before you venture out these days. The forecast has more rain on the way for this weekend. So if you see my floating by throw me a line please! LOL!

I'm excited though Saturday night I get to have a Girls Night Out with my BBF we are going out to dinner and go see a play at our local playhouse. We haven't had a Girls night for a long time so I'm looking forward to this.

Now on to Five Question Friday

1. Have you ever forgotten your child in a store or at school?
Ummmmm. Well, I don't have any kids but I did leave a kid out on the playground where I used to sub. I did I spilt day where I sub in one classroom in the morning and a different classroom in the afternoon. Well, the afternoon class out at recess and I didn't have a rooster yet I went to go pick the kids. We went inside and I was reading a story  and other teacher brings in a student ( He never lined up when they blew the whistle) Luckily he was OK and I never got blamed. Did I mention they where 5 yrs old.

2. Where did you go on your very first date? (Like...first first, not first with your spouse or current significant other!)
That would be a bonfire at my neighbor's house when I was 15 with a guy that I like romantic huh?

3. What's your "silly" fear? (We're not talking water and heights.)

Dolls, you know the handmade ones that have painted on faces. Clowns also.
4. Confrontation: do you cause it, deal with is as it comes, or run far far away?
I deal with it as it comes, I won't cause it if that can be helped but once its there I won't run from it either.
5. Wood floors or carpet?
Carpet, but I rent so I have no choice. If I owned my own house I would have wood with area rugs.

0 Review - Hair Flairs

Hello, I had the opportunity to review the Hair Flairs. The demand of Hair Flairs as went up since January 28th , 2011 when Trina Marr , Hair flairs Canadian  Manager  wore them on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

Not only does  Hair flairs sells the Pro Hair Tinsel, they also sell the Hair Crystalz and  Feathers, But the product that i got to review was the Pro Hair Tinsel.  Pro hair tinsel comes in a array of colors for every hair color.

From their website http://www.hairflairs.com/

  • Professional Quality Hair Tinsel - designed and tested by stylists

  • Thin, narrow, lightweight, feel soft and silky like hair

  • Made from 100% high-grade, heat-resistant polyester fiber

  • Can shampoo, blow-dry, style, even Flat-Iron!

  • 100% Made in the USA, safe and non-toxic

  • No loose strands! Attached to metal stylist clips, east to use

  • Generate new revenue & clients, charge $2 to $5 per strand to tie in

  • BEST PRICES - Compare by inch & quantity

  • Upon receiving my hair flairs in the mail I looked at them thinking oh my what have I got myself into? being the trooper I am I pulled up my boot straps and gave it a go. In my package I received the Ocean Blue and also I package of the assortment colors.

In the letter that was sent to me it said go ahead and go out into the sunlight see what color works best with your hair color as well as under artfical lighting. I ended up going with the copper and the dark purple ( favorite color). You can attach as many or as few hair strands that you desire. They reconmended to have a friend tie then into you hair, but they said that you could also do them on yourself also. since at the time I had no one to help I had to do this one solo.

Instead of trying to tell you how to use Hair Flairs, here is a You Tube video posted by Hair Flairs

Now I do have to be honest here. After  watching this video I was a little  apprehensive and it did take 2 few attempts with the first stand. After I got the handle on it though it was like I have been putting hair extensions in all my life. It was Super easy!  I just loved the sparkle that it added to my hair.

The best thing that I like about the Hair Flairs is the fact that I was able to style my hair normally but was still able to add that little spark of color without using hair coloring chemicals that can demanage my hair. It's a Very Fun Afforable way to add color and sparkle to your hair.

So whether ifyou are looking for a different look for that Girl's night out or if you have a young daughter at home that wants to have hair extensions for a everyday look. Hair Flairs are for you!
